How we handle personal data collected on this portal.

Controller: JetFlow Engineering Technologies Ltd, 11 Elder Heath Dale, Dublin 24, D24 F95A, Ireland.

We process: name, passport number, citizenship, address, email, phone, investment parameters and payout coordinates. Purpose: onboarding individual investors, payment matching, payout and legal/compliance obligations.

Legal bases: pre-contractual steps and performance of the allocation arrangement; legitimate interest in fraud prevention; legal obligations (AML/KYC where applicable).

Data is stored on the hosting server and in the MySQL database. Access is limited to authorised staff. Credentials are stored as password hashes only.

Retention: for the life of the allocation and the period required by applicable law. You may request access, correction or deletion where legally possible by writing to invest@jetscooter.eu.
